The Flukar Research and Development Centre is one of the most modern laboratories in Poland using innovative analytical methods, dealing, among other things, with the study of lubricating oils at every stage of their life cycle. As a product prepared for the market, lubricating oil undergoes strictly defined tests for compliance with standards. The Flukar Research and Development Centre, acting comprehensively for its internal needs, verifies every raw material that is later used in the production of lubricating oil. For third-party customers, we are able to perform a range of analyses to monitor oil in service, as well as analyses to select equivalents for oils from different companies.
The laboratory also carries out tests on used oils, as well as other wastes, verifying their suitability for the recycling process, e.g. for multi-stage processing in base oil recovery. This is a key aspect in the pursuit of waste reduction and environmental protection.
The Flukar Research and Development Centre performs around 5,000 determinations per month for its own facilities as well as for third-party customers. Thanks to our diverse analytical and testing facilities, we are able to examine the exact composition of a product, classify it accordingly and provide interested parties with comprehensive information about the sample tested.
In addition to researching lubricants, the Flukar Research and Development Centre is also involved in the analysis of light hydrocarbon fractions, bitumen products and industrial wastewater.
