The production capacity of Revline, Jasol and Finery oils has increased significantly with the completion and start-up of the next stage of investment in one of the most modern lubricant production facilities in Europe. The innovation of the Kędzierzyn Koźle plant is based on the following key elements:
• the compact design of the individual sections of the plant guarantees low energy intensity of the processes combined with reduced environmental impact
• modern technical solutions (ABB blenders, pigging system) make the installation highly flexible in terms of the diversity of lubricants produced
• a high degree of automation guarantees low operating costs, which, thanks to the automation used, are mainly limited to supervision of the equipment in operation
• a precise dosing system for raw materials and components guarantees the high quality of the finished products
• the installation is connected with its own quality laboratory, accredited by the Polish Centre for Testing and Accreditation (PCA), which allows for quick quality assessment of raw materials supplied for production and the analysis of finished products
• a node dedicated to the production of plastic lubricants will enable the manufacture of high-quality lubricants for industry and the automotive sector.
